End of Day 7
Well this was a short day and there were some high points and some low points. So we went through the bridges, that was a leaning experience on how to get them opened and to keep the boat in one place.
We went through the rest of the Sturgeon Bay Canal / Bay. That was fun and I had to pay attention. Our direct drive autopilot is really easy to manage.
Then we got out into “The Bay” (Green Bay) and put up both sails because the wind in the morning was 15 – 17 knots. Well not anymore. Took the jib down.
Then the flys came, that was a bummer.
Definite highlight our furling main went in really easily. Yay.
Arrived at Egg Harbor Marina at 3:00. We are going to be here for 2 days.
