End of day two
Well today we sailed, motor sailed and motored between Milwaukee and Port Washington. Wind shifted to the Southeast and eventually to the South.
At that point we changed to sailing wing and wing. See Bruce Springsteen song “The sails were set wing and wing”. Arrived Port Washington at 4:45. Pretty hot so we put up the Bimini top to get shade.
Peen honin is performing really well.
Tomorrow Sheboygan.
Looks like could in for some stormy weather, so we reserved a second day at Manitowoc if the 30 knot winds materialize.

June 25, 2023Looks like a new sheet there Admiral . . . . . . . Hope You were comfortably enconced thru last nights weather. 30 knot winds ? ? ? Where’s the Steve of old, the “trim the mainsale and batten the hatches, we’re winning this race” guy ? ? Beer temp at LightHouse Bar – just right.
