Day 35 – Relocating in Traverse Bay
Today several of our friends are coming to Traverse to hang out with Jeanne while I go back to Chicago to play in the Touhy Invitational. Peen honin is going to be pretty full with five people, but we have the space.
We are going to be moving from the Duncan Clinch Marina to the Elmwood Township Marina where the boat will be moored for the next four days.
The haze from the Canadian wield fires continues to plaque the area. Yesterday it rained on and off all day. Seemed like every time we opened the Port holes and the hatches, it started to rain again. Here are some sun rise pictures and the route to our new location.

July 27, 2023Moored? As in at a can and needing a tender to row you to the dock? No shore power?

August 6, 2023Lolly,
All of our reservations are for docking. I wouldn’t want to stay on a mooring for the very reasons you stated. By the time I get to a harbor I want to get off the boat and walk around. Plus I like having electricity.
